Protection visa (subclass 866)
This is for refugee who are in Australia who have a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country on grounds of race, religion, politics, and particular social group. Please bear in mind that protection visa is one of the most difficult visas to be granted. You must have a well-founded fear of harm on grounds of your race, religion, political opinion or membership of particular social groups.
