About Me

I was born in Penang, Malaysia, and migrated to Australia with my young family in 2001. I hold Bachelor in Laws from the University of London, and have been a lawyer for almost 15 years. I have also completed an Advanced MBA from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Australia Migration Law and Practice from Murdoch University. I am currently a Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1383868) in Australia.

Migration and Legal Services

My services include advice on all types of immigration, temporary and permanent visas with a specialisation in business skill migrations. As well as providing advice and assistance with migration visas, my services include providing legal advice and representation in the Migration Review Tribunal and Federal Courts.

My goal is to make sure clients get value for their money by providing accurate, professional and honest opinions, as well as fearless representation within the bounds of the law and at a reasonable price.

Ethics first

I value ethics above money. I practice charging clients on a lump sum basis but based on the time expected to be taken for their cases. In some instances I am also prepared to enter into an agreement for the return of the fees and charges for any unsuccessful cases.
